Joseph Kaufman

JOSEPH KAUFMAN has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Kensey Nash Corporation since March 1995. He was Chief Financial
Officer from 1989-1995 and has been a Director since 1992. Prior to
joining Kensey Nash, Mr. Kaufmann held executive finance positions at
divisions of both Hanson, PLC and Syntex Corporation.
