JOSEPH A. GARCIA has been Chief Financial Officer of Spanish
Broadcasting System, Inc. since 1984, Executive Vice President since
1996 and Secretary since November 2, 1999. Before joining SBS in 1984,
Mr. Garcia spent thirteen years in financial positions with Philip
Morris and Revlon, where he was the Manager of Financial Planning for
Revlon ‘ Latin America.
