John Valentini

JOHN VALENTINI is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of COGNICASE Inc. Prior to joining COGNICASE, Mr.
Valentini was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously, Mr. Valentini was Manager in
the Private Investment Group of CDP Capital (Caisse de dpt et
placement du Qubec) and held senior financial advisory positions
in major international consulting firms. Mr. Valentini holds a
Graduate Diploma, Public Accountancy, from McGill University. He
is also a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator,
Certified Management Consultant and Accredited Senior Appraiser.
