John S. Weatherly

JOHN S. WEATHERLY is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Callon Petroleum Company, and has been with the company since 1981.
Prior to April 1999, he also held the position of Treasurer. He received
his BBA degree in Accounting in 1973 and his MBA degree in 1974 from the
University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
