John R. Loyack

JOHN R. LOYACK serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for PNM Resources, Inc. He manages the company’s treasury and
controller’s functions, risk management, insurance and claims, investor
relations and corporate procurement areas. Mr. Loyack was previously
employed by Union Pacific Corp. in Omaha, Nebraska, where he served in
several positions, including Director of Financial Accounting and
Reporting. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the
Philadelphia practice unit. Mr. Loyack has an MBA from Lehigh University
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from King’s College. He
is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Pennsylvania. Mr.
Loyack is an FM Global Advisory Board Member and AMCON Distributing Co.
Board of Directors member and Audit Committee Chair.
