John R. Eickhoff

JOHN (JACK) R. EICKHOFF has been Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Ceridian Corporation since 1995 and
Chief Financial Officer since 1993. Previously, he was Vice
President and Corporate Controller from 1989, Vice President
(Controller), Financial Plans and Controls, Computer Products
Group from 1988, Vice President (Controller), Financial Plans and
Controls, Computer Systems and Services Group from 1986, Vice
President (Controller), Financial Plans and Controls,
International from 1985, Vice President (Controller), Financial
Plans and Controls, Financial and Business Services from 1985,
Vice President (Controller), Financial Plans and Controls,
Commercial Credit from 1983, and Vice President, Corporate
Services from 1983. He held various accounting and financial
planning positions at Ceridian from 1963 to 1982. Mr. Eickhoff
is a member of the Board of Directors of Norstan Inc. and a
member of the Financial Executives Institute. He holds a BA in
Business Administration and Accounting from St. Cloud State
University.
