John J. Cousins

JOHN J. COUSINS is President, Treasurer, CFO, Controller and a Director of
Biomoda Inc. He holds undergraduate degrees from Boston University and the
Lowell Institute School at MIT and has an MBA from the Wharton School. He began
his business career as a design engineer for Ampex Corp., a manufacturer of
broadcast and computer equipment, and the American Broadcasting Company
television network. In 1990, he was named Vice President of Cimmaron Business
Development Corp., a Southwest regional merchant and investment bank. Since
1999, he has served as Vice President, Financial Officer and Treasurer of
Advanced Optics Electronics Inc., a developmental stage technology company that
produces large-scale flat panel displays. Mr. Cousins has been President,
Treasurer, Controller and a Director of Biomoda since 2002.
