John H. Holcomb

JOHN H. HOLCOMB, III has been Chairman & CEO of Alabama National
Bancorporation since 1996. Prior to joining Alabama National
Bancorporation, Mr. Holcomb was starting in 1980 as Loan Review and
Credit Analysis, AVP, and ending in 1990 as President and CEO of
National Bank of Commerce of Birmingham. Other previous employment
included positions with Birmingham Trust National Bank (South Trust),
National Association of Manufacturers, and First National Bank of Bham,
(AMSouth Bank). Mr. Holcomb holds a BA from Furman University.
