John Adair

JOHN ADAIR currently serves as CFO for Concur Technologies, Inc., with
over 14 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Mr.
Adair joined Concur in May 2000 as Vice President of Finance and
Operations. Prior to joining Concur, Mr. Adair was Controller for PACCAR
Financial and PACCAR Leasing, and prior to that he served as Senior Vice
President, Finance, for ValliCorp Holdings and ValliWide Bank. Mr. Adair
holds a BS in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
