John A. Forlines Jr. has served as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company since 1987 and as Chairman of the Bank
since 1972. Mr. Forlines served as Chief Executive Officer of the
Bank from 1954 until 1994. Mr. Forlines has served as Director of
the Company since 1987 and Bank since 1954.
