Joel R. Kimbrough

JOEL R. KIMBROUGH has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
and Secretary and Treasurer of Accredo Health, Inc., and its
subsidiaries since its inception in May 1990. Prior to joining Accredo
Health, Mr. Kimbrough, a Certified Public Accountant, was a member of
the accounting firm of Ernst & Young for nine years, where he obtained
Senior Manager status in 1986.
