Joel Biggerstaff

JOEL BIGGERSTAFF is CEO of AirNet. He was appointed to the additional
position of Chairman of the Board effective August 8, 2001. He has
served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2000 and its
President and Chief Operating Officer since August 1999. Prior to
joining AirNet, Mr. Biggerstaff was President of the Southern Region of
Corporate Express Delivery Systems, a national expedited distribution
service.
