Joe Hardt

JOE HARDT is the CEO of Panja, with responsibility for the company’s
operations and financial performance. He excelled in the same role at
Panja’s forebear, AMX Corporation, where he was elected CEO on July 1,
1997. Mr. Hardt joined AMX in 1993 as the COO and was actively involved
in the company before that, serving as legal counsel to AMX since 1988.
Prior to this, he was an Attorney in private practice in Dallas, Texas,
from 1980 to 1993. In 1986, Mr. Hardt was one of the founding
shareholders of Munsch Hardt Kopt Harr & Dinan, P.C., where he was a
Practicing Attorney until 1993 and also served as the law firm’s
President from April 1986 to April 1989.
