JERRY RUDISIN is CEO and President of Agitar Software, Inc. Mr. Rudisin
joined Agitar from NightFire Software, a startup offering service
management solutions to telecom carriers, where he was CEO since 1999.
Jerry led NightFire to $15.1 million revenues in 2002, and $10 million
for the first half of 2003, as well as to profitability in the midst of
the telecom software depression. Prior to Nightfire, Jerry led marketing
for eight years at Rational Software Corporation, as it grew from a
private company with $28 million in revenue to a public company with
$412 million in revenue and a $3 billion market capitalization. During
his tenure, he was responsible for product and corporate marketing,
sales support, as well as the marketing aspects of three public company
acquisitions and two stock offerings, which raised a total of $217
million. From 1986 to 1991, he was vice president of marketing and
customer support at Alsys, a software startup near Boston. Before that
he was a software developer, architect, and development manager at
several startup companies. Jerry earned his master’s degree in computer
science from the University of California at Los Angeles and his
bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/computer science from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
