JENNIFER A. THOMPSON joined Putnam Lovell Securities, Inc. in the spring
of 2000 from Warburg Dillon Read, where she spent three years covering a
portfolio of financial institutions including super-regional banks and
specialty finance companies. Prior to Warburg, Ms. Thompson was a Senior
Financial Analyst in Bank Supervision for three years at The Federal
Reserve Bank of New York, where she made policy recommendations to the
Board regarding supervisory treatment of derivatives instruments and
trading activities. She was a Research Analyst responsible for writing
investment reports on all banks and financial institutions included in
the quarterly publication Moody’s Handbook of Common Stocks at Moody’s
Investors Service for five years. Ms. Thompson received an MBA in
Finance and Accounting from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at
Cornell University in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from Fordham University in 1987. She was awarded the Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA) designation in 1997 and is a member of The New York
Society of Securities Analysts and AIMR.
