Jeffrey T.Gill

JEFFREY T.GILL is a co-Founder of Sypris Solutions Inc., and its
predecessor, where he served as a Director and Executive Vice
President from 1983 to 1992, and as President and Chief Executive
Officer from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Gill has served as President and
Chief Executive Officer of Sypris Solutions since its
incorporation in 1997. Mr. Gill holds a BS degree in Business
Administration from the University of Southern California and an
MBA from Dartmouth College. He co-founded the company with his
father, Robert E. Gill.
