JEFFREY A. MILLER is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Documentum, Inc. Mr. Miller has been responsible for day-to-day
operations as well as the strategic planning and direction of Documentum
since 1993. Under his leadership, Documentum has become one of the
fastest growing technology companies, achieving five-year (1995-1999)
revenue growth of more than 1,094% and record 1999 revenues of $128
million. Mr. Miller has more than 25 years of high technology
experience. Prior to Documentum, Mr. Miller was Division President at
Cadence Design Systems, a supplier of electronic design automation
software. Mr. Miller was also Vice President-General Manager and Vice
President of Marketing at Adaptec, where he managed profitable growth
from the start-up phase to more than $150 million in revenue. He began
his career at Intel, where he managed the microprocessor marketing group
that propelled Intel into its dominant position in the PC marketplace.
Mr. Miller holds an MBA and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science from the University of Santa Clara.
