Jay P. Still

JAY P. STILL has been Vice President, Gulf of Mexico of Pioneer Natural
Resources Company where he is responsible for operations and development
of all of Pioneer’s Gulf of Mexico assets. Prior to this assignment in
2001, he served as Vice President, Operations for Pioneer Argentina in
Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Still joined Parker & Parsley in 1995 and
served as Director of Engineering Development until the merger with Mesa
in 1997 to form Pioneer. In May of this year, he was assigned the
additional responsibility of leading the Evergreen merger integration
team. Before joining the company, he spent 10 years with Mobil in
various drilling, operations and reservoir engineering assignments
focusing on the Gulf of Mexico before moving into international business
development activities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree
in Business Administration from Loyola University.
