Jay H. Shah

Jay H. Shah, Managing Director of the Hersha Group, currently
directs the investment strategy management of Hersha’s 22-hotel
portfolio. In this capacity, he is also responsible for
development activities and the structuring of all transactions in
which Hersha is involved. He is a graduate of the Cornell
University School of Hotel Administration and earned his law
degree and an MBA from Temple University. In his tenure at
Hersha, Mr. Shah has been closely involved in hundreds of
transactions including the IPO of Hersha Hospitality Trust.
