Jason Dezwirek

JASON DEZWIREK has been with API Electronics Group Inc. since 1994. He
was appointed Chairman in December 2001 and also currently acts as the
company’s CEO and Secretary-Treasurer. Previously, he was a Vice
President of API. In addition to senior management roles with other
private and public companies, Mr. DeZwirek has an extensive background
in business management and e-commerce. He is also a Founder of Kaboose
Inc., a company engaged in the development of interactive educational
content.
