James Tuer

JAMES TUER is Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Resources Inc. He has
been involved in the junior capital market for the past 10 years. This
involvement has included providing financial and management services to
a number of private and public companies, as well as creating three
public entities from inception. In 1996, he started Green Point
Resources Inc., a junior resource company which focused on exploring for
precious metals in historic mining camps in northern Mexico. Fortunately
in 2000, with the later downturn in the mining market, the company was
able to recreate itself as Wildcard Wireless Solutions Inc. and allow
existing shareholders the opportunity to realize gains of up to 500%
from the company’s IPO price. Mr. Tuer’s other previous investment
company was True Exploration Corporation, a junior capital pool company,
which was acquired by CompuSoft Canada Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, in
1998. CompuSoft specialized in providing document handling software
solutions to the metals industry. While the company saw exceptional
stock value appreciation during the ‘Internet’ years of 2000 and 2001,
it failed in its efforts to be refinanced in 2002 and is no longer
trading. Prior to moving to Vancouver in 1993 from Toronto, Mr. Tuer
worked for five years at Toronto Dominion Securities Inc. as an
investment banker. He initially worked there with the Chairman of TDSI
as part of a two-man team in charge of establishing and running all
syndication and underwriting activities. This included successfully
originating, executing and leading over 30 preferred share transactions
which raised $4 billion and approximately 40 other equity, quasi-equity,
preferred share and debt transactions. Mr. Tuer holds a Bachelor of
Science degree (honors) in Engineering and a Master’s of Business
Administration degree, both from Queen’s University in Kingston,
Ontario.
