JAMES T. SMITH is currently President and CEO of Aurora Foods, Inc. He
was previously President and COO of ConAgra Frozen Prepared Foods. Prior
to ConAgra, Mr. Smith was President of Gerber Products Company and
started his career with Procter and Gamble Company. He has an MBA degree
from Cornell University.
