James R. Musick

JAMES R. MUSICK was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of
Vitro Diagnostics, Inc., on August 7, 2000. He has held various
management positions within the company from 1988 to the present
including Director, Director of Research, Vice President, Secretary and
Chief Operating Officer. Through his research activities, the company
has realized its present patent portfolio and he managed various groups
of research collaborations involving the company and outside
consultants. He also was instrumental in the successful spinoff of the
diagnostic operating unit in 2000. Dr. Musick received a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Biological Sciences in 1968 and a Doctorate in Biological
Sciences in 1975 from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
