James Milam is an Associate Director in the research department of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., where his research coverage focuses on REITs. Before joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Milam worked at Citi Property Investors, where his responsibilities included real estate acquisitions and asset management, as well as capital raising and client services. Mr. Milam has an M.S. in real estate from New York University and an A.B. in political economy from Princeton University. He is a Level II Candidate for the CFA program.
