James H. Prince

JAMES H. PRINCE is a Vice President and CFO of The Stone Energy
Corporation. He is a CPA and member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Prince was formerly employed by Price
Waterhouse & Co. He received a BA in Political Science and a BS in
Accounting from West Virginia University.
