J. Michael Anderson

J. MICHAEL ANDERSON joined Universal Compression as Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2003. From 1999 to March
2003, Mr. Anderson held various positions with Azurix Corp., primarily
as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and later as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. Prior to that time, Mr. Anderson spent 10 years in
the Global Investment Banking Group of J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. Mr.
Anderson received a Master of Business Administration degree from the
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
