Ira W. Berman

IRA W. BERMAN is CCA Industries, Inc.’s Chairman of the Board of
Directors. He is also Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary.
Mr. Berman is an Attorney who has been engaged in the practice of law
since 1955. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1953) and Bachelor of
Law Degree (1955) from Cornell University, and is a member of the
American Bar Association.
