Ira B. Lampert

IRA B. LAMPERT has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Concord Camera Corp. since July 13, 1994. For calendar year 1995 and
again from July 31, 1998 through the present, Mr. Lampert also served as
President of the company. He is a member of the Board of the Queens
College Foundation of the City University of New York and is the
Treasurer of the Boys Brotherhood Republic, a nonprofit organization for
under privileged children.
