Ian Eldridge

IAN ELDRIDGE is Chief Executive Officer of PizzaExpress Plc. He has
worked for PizzaExpress for 15 years and has been the director
responsible for all company-owned restaurants for the last nine years.
He previously worked for Grand Metropolitan, Trust House Forte and First
Leisure and has BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Administration. He is
also Savoy trained and is a Trust House Forte leisure graduate. He was
promoted to his current position in December 1997.
