I. Roger Henderson

I. ROGER HENDERSON, President and CEO, was a Senior Executive Vice
President of Chyron Corporation, and was Managing Director of the Pro-
Bel Group since 1996. Mr. Henderson joined Pro-Bel in 1983 as Senior
Software Engineer and was appointed to the Board in 1987 as Software
Director. He founded the Pro-Bel subsidiary, Procion ICS Limited, in
1992 and became Managing Director of Pro-Bel Software Limited in January
1995. In these roles he brought to market many of the company’s most
successful industry-leading products including System 3, Procion,
Compass and the launch of MAPP. Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Physics from Nottingham University and a Master’s
degree in Applied Mathematics from Brunel University, and attended
management training programs at Cranfield.
