Howard M. Nathan

HOWARD M. NATHAN has been a Director, Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Pelican Financial, Inc., and Washtenaw Mortgage since April
2000. Director and Chief Financial Officer of The Washtenaw Group, Inc.,
since August 2003, he has been a a company related by common ownership.
He was Controller of Washtenaw Mortgage from December 1999 to March
2000. Previously, Mr. Nathan worked at Grant Thornton, LLP, for over two
years as a Senior Auditor with a focus on financial institutions. He
worked at Republic Bancorp Mortgage for over four years in various
positions including Controller.
