Howard A. Christensen

HOWARD A. CHRISTENSEN, co-Chairman of Christensen & Associates,
is a recognized authority on value enhancement, strategic
positioning and investor relations. He has designed and
implemented best practice programs to provide the optimum
platform for an aggressive yet realistic approach to motivate the
market to achieve fair market valuation and lower cost of
capital. He has enabled clients to leverage their strengths and
maximize their investor relations efforts. A number of
Christensen clients have received the prestigious Association for
Investment Management and Research Award for Excellence in
Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations. Mr. Christensen has
30 years of experience working in the financial community. He was
a manager with Andersen and left the firm to work in the
corporate sector where he held top-level positions with multi-
national companies. Prior to establishing his own company in
1982, he was Vice President of Planning and Investor Relations
for a multi-billion dollar diversified company. Mr. Christensen
is an honors graduate in Finance and Accounting of the University
of Iowa. A frequent guest lecturer on investor relations, Mr.
Christensen is an active member of the Financial Executives
Institute, Association for Investment Management and Research,
National Investor Relations Institute and the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants.
