Harvey A. Shapiro

HARVEY A. SHAPIRO, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer
of Dynacare Laboratories, Inc. since May 1997. In September 2000, he
was appointed to the position of Chairman of Dynacare’s Board of
Directors. From April 1992 to May 1997, Mr. Shapiro was President and
Chief Operating Officer and from 1987 to April 1992 was an Executive
Vice President of the company. Prior to joining Dynacare in 1987, Mr.
Shapiro was a Partner with the law firm of Goodman Carr, LLP, Toronto,
Canada. A graduate of McGill University, Mr. Shapiro was admitted to the
Law Society of Upper Canada in 1972.
