Harry R. Rozakis

HARRY R. ROZAKIS joined ASAT Holdings Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer in
May 2002. Mr. Rozakis brings 25 years of executive management and
technology leadership experience from the semiconductor assembly and
packaging industry to ASAT. Prior to joining ASAT, Mr. Rozakis served as
CEO of EEMS Singapore Private Ltd., and previously served as Executive
Vice President of EEMS Italia S.P.A. Prior to EEMS, Mr. Rozakis held
senior management positions at Tessera, Reel Services Group, and ChipPAC
Inc. Mr. Rozakis was Chairman of both MEPTEC and SAC, and holds a
Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
