H. William Warren

H. WILLIAM WARREN is Vice President and Director of Corporate
Development of Resource Consultants, Inc. Mr. Warren is responsible for
corporate strategic planning, integrating the efforts of segments and
division level units, and identifying/evaluating acquisition candidates.
Mr. Warren rejoined RCI in 1999 after several years with SIGNAL
Corporation (1995-1996) and Technology, Management and Analysis
Corporation (1997-1999) as Vice President for Defense and Information
Technology Systems. Previously, he was with RCI as a Vice
President/Division General Manager (1982-1995), Advanced Technology,
Inc. (1978-1982) as a Division Manager, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc.
and the Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company as a Program
Director. He holds a BS in Physics from the University of Richmond
(1966) and an MS in Applied Mathematics from the Johns Hopkins
University (1970).
