Greg M. Haugen

Greg M. Haugen was appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration,
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in 1995. Mr. Haugen joined
Advanced Power Technology in 1985. Prior to joining APT, he worked for
the accounting firm of KPMG LLP and was on the corporate accounting
staff of Evans Products Company. Mr. Haugen graduated with a BS Degree
from Lewis and Clark College and has passed the CPA examination.
