Greg Frisby

GREG FRISBY has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Frisby Technologies, Inc. since its
inception. Mr. Frisby was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Frisby
Aerospace, Inc. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of
the Long Island Association and the Long Island Forum for Technology,
Chairman of the National Advisory Board for the Small Business
Development Program of the U.S. SBA, a member of the advisory panel
assessing technology and the transition to a peacetime economy of the
U.S. Congress-Office of Technology Assessment, of the U.S. Department of
Energy’s CEM Task Force on Privatization, and of the United Nation’s
Association’s Economic Policy Council’s panel on ‘Economical Adjustment
After the Cold War.’ Mr. Frisby has been selected as Entrepreneur of the
year Winner in both Long Island and North Carolina, where Frisby has
most of its operations, and is an active participant in the Young
President’s Organization. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr.
Frisby earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
