Greg Browne

GREG BROWNE has been the Chief Financial Officer for Amedisys, Inc.,
since 2002. Prior to joining the company, he was Founder and Chief
Executive Officer of PeopleWorks, Inc., a human resources outsourcing
company. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Health
Care, Inc., a psychiatric hospital chain in New Orleans, and Ramsay-HMO,
Inc., in Miami.
