Giulio Mazzalupi

GIULIO MAZZALUPI has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Atlas Copco AB since 1997, after having spent six years as Senior
Executive Vice President. He started his career with Atlas Copco Italy
in 1971, and in 1973 became Head of Mining & Construction Technique
Division Atlas Copco Italy. He then became Marketing Manager of Atlas
Copco Italy and later on took up the position as Marketing Director
Atlas Copco Airpower Belgium. In 1977, he was appointed Marketing
Director Atlas Copco Italy, then went on to become Marketing Director
Atlas Copco GmbH Germany in 1987, and that same year was appointed
President of Atlas Copco Airpower. Mr. Mazzalupi is Chairman and member
of the Board of Directors of a number of Atlas Copco Production and
Sales Companies worldwide. He is Member of the Boards of Directors of
Electrolux-Zanussi, Parker Hannifin Corporation and The Swedish-American
Chambers of Commerce of the USA, Inc.
