Germaine Lecours

GERMAINE LECOURS is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Boralex Inc. and is responsible for all financial activities of the
company. Among his previous affiliations, Mr. Lecours has served as a
Senior Partner with Saint Aix Advisory Group, and was a Vice President
and Director in the corporate finance department in the Montreal office
of Nesbitt Burns, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Provigo Inc., and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of SNC Inc. He attended McGill University and earned a
Bachelor’s in Communications from Universite Concordia.
