George W. Benoit

GEORGE W. BENOIT is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Helmstar
Group, Inc., a merchant bank with investment and management interests in
ventures including career oriented web sites, executive recruiting and
real estate. The company also provides public and private clients with
advisory services involving structured finance and securitization
techniques. Under Mr. Benoit’s leadership, Helmstar has financed several
small and mid-cap companies in mortgage banking, insurance, retail
outlet malls and viatical settlements. Mr. Benoit has a degree in
accounting from Queens College and a law degree from Fordham University.
He is admitted to practice in New York State. He has also served as
chairman of the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
