George Russell

GEORGE RUSSELL is a graduate of Edinburgh University and a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He has 20 years
experience of the telecommunications services sector worldwide in both a
Finance and General Management capacity, primarily in the Caribbean,
Latin America and the Far East. He joined Telspec Plc as Group Finance
Director in January 1999.
