George Klemp

GEORGE KLEMP is a founding partner and president of Cambria Consulting,
a human resource management consulting firm serving prominent Fortune
500 companies in a wide range of industries. Dr. Klemp, one of the
principal developers of job competency assessment technology, has over
30 years of experience designing and implementing competency-based HR
systems and specializes in succession planning, identifying and
developing global leadership talent and organizational surveys. He is
also a featured speaker at national conferences on advances in
competency-based applications. Dr. Klemp holds a BA in Psychology from
Harvard College, an MA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-
Madison, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University.
