George C. Woods

GEORGE C. WOODS is President and Chief Financial Officer of
Entertainment Technologies and Programs, Inc. since June 2000.
Entertainment is an international provider of entertainment products and
services to civilian and military markets. Prior to joining
Entertainment Technologies he was President of Fallright America,
L.L.C.; Vice President Finance and Administration at WJG Capital,
L.L.C.; Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial
Officer and Secretary at Quality Tubing, Inc.; Controller, Treasurer and
Chief Accountant at Paragon Industries Corporation; Field Staff
Accountant, Continental EMSCO. Mr. Woods has a Master’s degree in
Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the
University of Houston and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with
concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas.
