George A. Roche

GEORGE A. ROCHE, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of T.
Rowe Price Group, Inc., joined the company in 1968. He also serves as
Chairman of the Management, Nominating and Executive Committees. In
addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Roche also serves on the
Boards of the Greater Baltimore Committee, Downtown Partnership and The
Walters Art Gallery. He earned a BA from Georgetown University and an
MBA from Harvard Business School.
