Geoffrey Finlay

GEOFFREY FINLAY was appointed Chief Executive of Kewill Systems Plc in
April 1998. He has over 20 years of general management experience in
international software companies, where he gained an extensive knowledge
of retail, manufacturing and financial systems. Between 1991 and 1996 he
served as Managing Director of international operations of JDA Software
Inc. and was one of the key executives responsible for that company’s
successful listing on the NASDAQ exchange in 1996.
