Geoffrey C. Ketcham

GEOFFREY C. KETCHAM has been Executive Vice President, Treasurer
and Chief Financial Officer of Energen Corporation since April
1991. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Chief Finance
Officer and Treasurer from 1989 to 1991, Vice President, Finance,
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1987 to 1989 and Vice
President, Planning from 1986 to 1987. From 1985 to 1987 he was
Vice President, Finance and Planning at Alabama Gas Corporation,
Vice President and Controller from 1984 to 1985 and Controller
from 1981 to 1984. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at
Arthur Young & Company from 1972 to 1981. Mr. Ketcham has a BS
degree in Accounting from Auburn University.
