Geoffrey A. Sage

GEOFFREY A. SAGE was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Gaming
in November 1998 and Treasurer in November 1999. Mr. Sage, a Certified
Public Accountant, joined Anchor Gaming in July 1989. Since that time,
he has been instrumental in successfully completing the company’s IPO,
two follow-on offerings, and several commercial bank credit facilities
and syndicated bank financings. Before joining the company, Mr. Sage
held positions within the banking and savings and loan industries, as
well as in the public accounting profession. He earned his MBA in 1987
and his BS in Business Administration in 1981, both at the University of
Nevada, Las Vegas.
