Gaylord Karren

GAYLORD KARREN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Electric
Aquagenics Unlimited. He is the co-founder of several successful,
private and publicly traded companies. He has served as the Chairman and
CEO of these companies beginning in 1979. The companies include: GMK
Drilling (seismograph); BHP DASCO (oil & gas); Harbor Property
Management (multi-family property management); Venturi Technologies,
Inc. (carpet cleaning M&A); Zerorez, Inc. (carpet cleaning franchisor);
and Electric Aquagencis Unlimited, In. Mr. Karren has extensive
experience in startup and small cap market companies where his focus has
been in raising seed and growth capital, both private and public. Mr.
Karren holds a BA in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
