Gary L. Nalbandian

GARY L. NALBANDIAN is Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Nalbandian has
experience in the following areas of expertise: sales and leasing
of commercial/industrial properties; developing projects for
clients for retail, office, light industrial uses; project
planning consultant; acquisition of municipal approvals and
zoning and financing of commercial/industrial properties. He is
co-Founder and Principal in NAI/Commercial-Industrial Realty
Company. Mr. Nalbandian has 36 years’ experience in commercial
real estate. He holds a BA degree from Penn State University.
